I was born with numerous medical complications that I had to face throughout my life. One left me on the verge of death. Despite all I faced, I never gave up. Time and time again, I fought my way through each challenge and refused to let it define me.

I was also born with severe scoliosis. When I was told conventional methods would not work, I persisted and searched for the right surgeon who could help me. After the surgery, I found out I would never move my neck again. It was devastating.

I faced a huge dark time in my life. Even though the outcome was not what I expected, I refused to let it break me. I found the strength to adapt, live within my new reality, and continue building the life I wanted.

My belief in myself and my determination to surround myself with positivity helped me thrive. I hope my story reminds anyone facing their own battles that no matter how difficult life may seem, we have the power to overcome and conquer.

I’m not here because everything worked out. I’m here because it didn’t, and I kept going anyway.
